Cancellation Policy |
|
Reservation Cancellation Policy: A $300 security deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• If cancellation is more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, $100.00 of your deposit will be retained
• If cancellation is 8 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 25% of rental fee will be retained
• If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of rental fee will be retained
• If RCS is able to find a replacement booking, RCS will refund all of your payments
Hurricane Policy: We will refund the unused portion of your rent during periods of "OFFICIAL MANDATORY HURRICANE EVACUATION" only.

Damage to rental unit or removal or any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.
